TriThumb Registration ยท Last updated October 16, 2026

This policy explains how TriThumb handles information when you register for access to the Android app. Your verified Google email address is used as your account identity.

Information we handle

Your Google profile name and photo may be displayed in your browser during sign-in, but they are not used as your account identity or stored as registration details by this service. The ID token is sent to our server for validation; it is not part of the registration record.

How we use information

We use the verified email address as your account identity, and the username and license key to create and manage your registration and provide access to the Android app. We may also use these details to prevent duplicate registrations and respond to support or security issues.

Where information goes

Google Identity Services handles the sign-in interaction under Google's own privacy terms. The registration request passes through our web server and n8n workflow to a third-party service responsible for issuing and managing Android app license keys. These systems process information only as needed to operate, secure, and support the registration service.

Retention and deletion

Registration records, including the email address, username, and license key, are retained until an administrator deletes the account. Users cannot delete accounts directly. To request account deletion, contact us at trithumb-support@jhett.xyz; an administrator will review and process the request.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not share your license key publicly; contact us if you believe it has been exposed.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to trithumb-support@jhett.xyz.
