Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TriThumb registration website and its registration process. By using the registration service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a registration.

Registration

You must use a Google account you are authorized to use. Google sign-in verifies the email address used as your account identity. You are responsible for providing a username you are permitted to use and for keeping your Google account secure.

Registration is subject to validation and acceptance. A successful registration provides a license key for access to the Android app; it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or related services.

Android app license key

A license key is generated after successful registration and stored with your account. It is displayed to you after registration and is used to access the Android app. Each license key is tied to a single registered account. You are free to use it however you choose. Contact trithumb-support@jhett.xyz if you believe your key has been exposed and wish to have your account reviewed.

Account deletion

Users cannot delete their accounts directly. To request deletion, contact trithumb-support@jhett.xyz. An administrator will review and process the request.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the registration service or systems connected to it. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to provide or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability and changes

The service and the Android app are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will remain free from errors. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and access may be refused or limited where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or connected systems.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Our handling of registration information is described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it before registering.
